Essential Duties:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, contributing to architectural decisions, code reviews, and the adoption of best practices and standards.
  • Mentor junior developers on technical skill development.
  • Embrace Agile methodologies and participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from sprint planning and estimation to deployment and retrospective.
  • Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and other stakeholders to deliver value incrementally.
  • Analyze and debug complex technical issues across the entire software stack, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Proactively address performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability challenges.
  • Architect robust and scalable software solutions that meet business requirements and align with industry best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design system architectures, database schemas, and API interfaces.
  • Collaborate with DevOps Engineers and Production Support to enable automated deployment of applications using a CI/CD pipeline, across multiple environments, including production environments and monitoring of their performance.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications, troubleshooting issues and implementing updates as needed.
Education & Experience:Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree from college or university; and ten years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Certificates & Licenses:Advanced experience and/or certification in Salesforce strongly desired.Compensation: $130,000-$155,000. This range is a good faith estimate of the compensation to be offered for this position based on the ideal candidate\xe2\x80\x99s qualifications, the Company\xe2\x80\x99s operational needs, and other considerations permitted by law.
