We need an outstanding teammate with a real passion for ownership of complex systems and domains and the end-to-end implementation solutions.As a Senior Software Development Manager, you will:Be responsible for the development of Industry web, iOS and Android applications.Lead and develop a team of engineers, including hiring and career coaching.Iterate quickly and shorten our development cycle, accelerate development and maintain high quality of work.Evangelize, strategize, and help develop the roadmap for Industry applications, with stakeholder input.Set the technical tone and vision for the team in terms of quality, craftsmanship, and performanceCollaborate with business leadership, analytics, product management, and other engineers to achieve your technical vision.Contribute to the entire development lifecycle, from concept to release.This role has been categorized as a Remote position. \xe2\x80\x9cRemote\xe2\x80\x9d employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
