Our client is seeking a Sr. Software Engineer to join their team.

As a Sr. Software Engineer, you will be a member of the Application Software Development team responsible for the design, creation and improvement of application software. The ideal candidate will have a Master\'s Degree and at least 10+ years\' experience.

Job Title: Sr. Software Engineer.
Location: Minneapolis, MN. (remote work not available)
Compensation: $135,000-$150,000/yr. base salary.
Eligibility: Permanent U.S. Citizenship or Green Card holder only.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, implement new concepts and features in a complex, object-oriented system.
• Build outstanding software code that provides phenomenal customer experience.
• Lead the design and implementation of control and signal processing algorithms.
• Design, code, text, document software solutions for specific customer feature requirements.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum and Stage-Gate development process to deliver high quality software in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s Degree (Computer Science/Engineering)
• 7+ years\' experience
• Proficiency in C#
• Creative thinker and problem solver
• Excellent team player
• Exemplary communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Master\'s Degree
• 10+ years\' experience
• Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF)
• UI/UX development
• Experience with MVVM design pattern
• Experience with Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and Git
• Experience with Windows/RTOS (Linux) and Python
