In short, We Enable Possibility\xe2\x84\xa0.Job Responsibilities:Engage with stakeholders to understand business and data flow processes to support the implementation of the Data Store/Data Transformation initiatives.Communicate effectively with multiple IT departments on the interpretation of insurance data and reporting requirements.Act as liaison between the Statistical Reporting unit and different IT groups in effort to ensure timely and consistent messaging of data store developments.Lead coordination efforts to further advance various Statistical Reporting initiatives, partnering with IT stakeholders with goal to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.Key Competencies:Must have a strong knowledge of commercial and specialty insurance lines of business including Commercial Automobile, Property, General Liability, Cyber, Crime, Inland Marine, Workers Compensation.Familiarity with ISO reporting requirements.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Education and Experience:Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree preferredA minimum of at least four years of experience in all aspects of a Statistical Reporting unit.Demonstrated knowledge of statistical plans and insurance premium and claims data.For individuals assigned or hired to work in California, Colorado, Hawaii, Jersey City, NJ; New York State; and/or Washington State, the base salary range is listed below. This range is as of the time of posting. Position is incentive eligible.$100,000 - $140,000/yearTotal individual compensation (base salary, short & long-term incentives) offered will take into account a number of factors including but not limited to geographic location, scope & responsibilities of the role, qualifications, talent availability & specialization as well as business needs.
