As the Senior Strategic Account Manager for our Moen brand, you will lead and manage complex national homebuilder accounts within the Single Family/New Construction business. Your primary responsibilities include formulating and executing strategies, overseeing financial metrics, and enhancing customer relationships. You will collaborate with regional and divisional offices and work closely with field sales teams to implement initiatives and drive business growth.
The ideal candidate is someone who has a strong understanding and experience of the homebuilder sales route to market and has direct experience in the building and construction industry, particularly with large national accounts. You will also need to be able to travel approximately 75% or 3 weeks out of the month to customer locations.
This position is remote based with preference the individual be in the western United States and close to a large metropolitan airport. We are targeting a base salary of $120-$160K with bonus and other incentives such as company car, laptop, and cell phone.
