This team collaborates with our most senior leaders to determine our strategy, evaluate progress vs. our strategic goals, determine ways to accelerate our efforts including via partnerships and facilitate execution where necessary.About the roleIn this role, you will be exposed to a variety of exciting projects and opportunities to work with Zillow\'s leadership team, make an impact on the company\'s broader strategy and ensure the success of our growth initiatives. You will have the unique opportunity to work cross-functionally and collaboratively across our company to support business leaders in setting and refining their strategies, evaluate new strategic opportunities, and identify, and execute strategic partnerships that align with Zillow\'s mission and objectives.ResponsibilitiesWork closely with leadership for our AI and Shopping businesses, to support in the development and refinement of their strategySpearhead strategy projects to define and evaluate opportunities to accelerate or augment business unit goalsLead execution - from discovery through negotiation - of innovative partnerships that drive growth towards Zillow\'s strategic prioritiesInform business strategy through insights on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities - including via relationships with key industry/external stakeholdersDrive additional high-priority strategy projects across Zillow, engaging with senior leaders to provide well-researched and data-driven recommendationsCollaborate with internal teams, including product, engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful execution and integration of partnership initiativesMonitor and report on partnership performance, making data-informed decisions to optimize and improve processes and program effectiveness continuallyParticipate in discovery and thesis development for M&A opportunitiesThis role has been categorized as a Remote position. \xe2\x80\x9cRemote\xe2\x80\x9d employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.
