As advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), automation, and analytics continue to evolve, the way companies operate their businesses and the need to unlock the power of ERP technology is more critical now than ever. As a Senior Technical Product Marketing Manager for ERP applications, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our product portfolio by developing and executing effective marketing strategies that showcase the value proposition of our business applications to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders. We are looking for someone with a passion for technology who is a great communicator and excels at cross team collaboration. You will combine your technical expertise with your marketing acumen to create compelling product narratives, enable sales teams, and drive demand generation activities. This is a strategic and hands-on role that will activate a deep understanding of ERP, Finance and Supply Chain solutions and the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages.

Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling narratives and demo materials that resonate with target audiences, including IT decision-makers, business executives, and end-users.
  • Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to understand product features and capabilities, and effectively translate technical details into customer-focused benefits.
  • Develop and execute complementary go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature releases, and market expansions.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiation in our technical content.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and marketing communications, to ensure alignment and successful execution of go-to-market plans.
  • Equip the sales team with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively sell business applications, addressing technical and business-oriented customer requirements.
  • Develop and deliver product training sessions to sales teams and channel partners.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and external partners to develop content that educates the market and showcases our and solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new content opportunities.
Qualifications:

Required/Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 5+ years experience in business
  • OR Master\'s Degree in in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 3+ years experience in business
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of technical product marketing, go-to-market strategy, sales enablement, or sales readiness experience for ERP business application technologies (e.g. Dynamics 365 or similar)
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 8+ years experience in business
  • OR Master\'s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business or related field AND 6+ years experience in business
  • OR equivalent experience
  • Advanced technical acumen with a deep understanding of business applications, enterprise software, cloud computing, and related technologies
  • Knowledge of the Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Office 365 portfolio of products preferred.
  • Effective communication and storytelling skills with the ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear and compelling marketing messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing
  • Experience in sales enablement and creating sales collateral
  • Advanced project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and results-oriented mindset
Product Marketing IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $101,200 - $194,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $130,000 - $213,200 per year.
