About the team Zillowxe2x80x99s Customer Data team is part of the Data Engineering organization. Our mission is to enable teams at Zillow to use customer data by building tooling and data sets. We work closely with AI, Marketing, Product, and Data Science teams in our effort to improve Zillowxe2x80x99s products for customers. We are building customer identity resolution and segmentation solutions, with Databricks as a critical piece of our technology stack.Zillow, the top real estate website in the U.S., is building an on-demand real estate experience. Whether selling, buying, renting or financing, customers can turn to Zillow to find and get into their next home with speed, certainty and ease.About the roleThe Customer Data team is working on high-impact projects in identity resolution and customer segmentation that support a number of key initiatives at Zillow. We need your help in supporting numerous use cases with these tools, especially in the AI space.You Will Get To:

• Support our internal customers across the company as they onboard to our new Customer Data solutions
• Become an expert in identity resolution and customer segmentation and how they support a variety of use cases
• Track migrations to our Customer Data systems and report on progress to leadership
• Work with AI, Data Science, Data Engineering, Corporate Strategy, Marketing, and Product teams on adopting our solutions
• Work closely with our Customer Data engineers on optimizing our solutions for our internal customers

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. xe2x80x9cRemotexe2x80x9d employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. U.S. employees may live in any of the 50 United States, with limited exceptions.In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC the standard base pay range for this role is $145,500.00 - $232,500.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Nevada, New York, Washington state, and Washington DC and may not be applicable to other locations.In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.Who you areQualifications

• 3+ years in a TPM role at a technology company
• Experience coordinating systems integrations across multiple teams
• Experience leading multi-team migration projects
• Experience with data products
• Experience pushing multiple projects at once

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with customer data, identity resolution, or customer segmentation
• SQL skills
