As a Senior UX Designer at CuraLinc, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our product experience.   • Lead the UX Design Process for New and Existing Products, from User Research and Ideation to Prototyping and Visual Design
  • Conduct User Research, Including User Interviews, Usability Testing, and Competitive Analysis, to Understand User Needs and Pain Points
  • Translate User Insights into User Flows, Wireframes, Prototypes, and High-Fidelity Mockups
  • Design Intuitive and Accessible Interfaces for Web and Mobile Platforms, Adhering to Accessibility Guidelines (E.G., WCAG)
  • Collaborate Closely with Product Managers and Engineers to Ensure Designs are Feasible and Aligned with Product Strategy
  • Present Design Work to Stakeholders and Effectively Communicate Design Rationale
  • Maintain and Evolve our Design System, Ensuring Consistency Across all Products
  • Advocate for User-Centered Design Principles within the Organization
  • Stay Up-To-Date with the Latest UX Trends and Technologies, Particularly within the Healthcare Industry
  • Mentor and Guide Junior UX Designers, Fostering a Culture of Design Excellence
Required/Minimum Qualification
  • 8+ Years of Experience as a UX Designer, with at Least 3 Years in the Healthcare Industry
  • A Strong Portfolio Showcasing your UX Design Process and Demonstrating your Ability to Solve Complex Design Challenges
  • Proficiency in UX Design Tools (E.G., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD)
  • Deep Understanding of User-Centered Design Principles and Methodologies
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal, and Presentation Skills
  • Ability to Work Effectively in a Fast-Paced, Collaborative Environment
  • Strong Understanding of Accessibility Guidelines (E.G., WCAG) and Experience Designing for Users with Disabilities
  • Experience with User Research Methodologies (E.G., User Interviews, Usability Testing)
  • Knowledge of Healthcare Regulations and Compliance Requirements (E.G., HIPAA, GDPR) is a Plus
  • Bachelor's Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a Related Field
