Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food and beverage industry and possess excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests with energy and attentiveness
- Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register or POS system
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and alcohol serving laws
Experience:
- Previous experience working as a Server in a restaurant or bar setting
- Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems
- Strong math skills for measuring ingredients and handling payments accurately
- Proven sales skills to upsell menu items and promote specials
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
