Gunnar\'s Bourbon Distillery is starting a tour and tasting program with a restaurant and retail store on site. We are seeking to fill several positions. - Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Present menus and take orders from guests
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any issues or concerns
- Provide excellent customer service and address guest inquiries or requests
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Process guest payments using Aloha POS system ```Skills```
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Excellent customer service and guest relations skills
- Basic culinary knowledge to answer guest questions about menu items
- Ability to upsell and promote additional menu items or specials
