Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server/Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional guest services and a strong ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Server/Bartender, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering high-quality service and maintaining food safety standards.

Responsibilities

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders using the Toast POS system. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests, checking back for satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and managing tips. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area by bussing tables promptly after guests leave. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of food and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Adhere to all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Server/Bartender is required. Familiarity with Toast POS and Resy is a plus. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during peak hours. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining calm under pressure.
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Up to $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
