Job Description
Overview
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. If you have a passion for the restaurant industry and providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure accuracy
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries
- Upsell additional products when appropriate
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
- Clear tables and maintain a clean dining area
Experience
- Prior experience in a restaurant setting is preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar systems is a plus
- Knowledge of Culinary terms and dishes is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with OpenTable or reservation systems is beneficial
