River Bottom Grill in Strong, AR is looking for one server/waitstaff to join our 13 person strong team. We are located on 9564 Strong Hwy. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and engaged. Responsibilities

• *Provide excellent customer service. *Greet customers and present menus . *Make suggestions based on their preferences. *Take and serve food/drinks orders *Arrange table settings. *Keep tables clean and tidy at all times. *Deliver checks and collect payments. *Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff. *Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines. *Perform additional duties/sidework as assigned.

Qualifications

• *A positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all staff. *Able to perform high-quality work while unsupervised. *Able to handle money accurately and operate a point-of-sale system. *Attention to cleanliness and safety *Patience and s customer-oriented approach *Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude *Responsible and trustworthy *Experience as a Server, Waitress, or Waiter a plus but not required.

Shifts

• *Shifts can vary. Please indicate availability during the hours listed below. *Mon.-Wed. 5:45am-2:30pm *Thurs. & Fri. 5:45am-9pm *Saturday 8:00am-9pm
