Job Summary: As a Service Advisor at Hyman Brothers Kia Auto Group, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service for our automotive dealership in Midlothian, Virginia. You will be the first point of contact for customers visiting our service department, and will be responsible for addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This individual contributor role will require strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Responsibilities:
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Schedule and confirm appointments for vehicle maintenance and repairs
Consult with customers about their vehicle\'s needs and provide accurate and detailed estimates
Communicate with technicians to determine timeframes and provide updates to customers
Ensure that all work orders are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Process payments and handle all financial transactions
Handle customer complaints and issues with a positive and proactive approach
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Keep updated with product and service knowledge to effectively assist customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
Proficient in using computer systems and applications
Availability to work weekends and/or evenings if necessary
Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record
