Experienced Service Advisor

What You'll Do

Act as the primary point of contact for service customers, ensuring a seamless and premium experience. Accurately document customer concerns and relay them to the service technicians. Provide detailed explanations of recommended services, costs, and repair timelines. Build long-lasting relationships with customers based on trust and reliability. Consistently meet or exceed service and sales performance targets.

What We're Looking For

Experience

: Minimum of 2 years as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, preferably with luxury brands.

Customer-Centric

: Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Tech-Savvy

: Familiarity with automotive service software and basic mechanical knowledge.

Problem Solver

: Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and composure.

Team Player

: Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

Schedule

: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM, Rotating Saturdays, 8 AM - 4 PM
