Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Federico Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Wood River, IL!
Service Department experience is preferred.
Job duties include:
Working with customers to discuss their vehicle needs
Working with Technicians to learn vehicle needs to advise customers
Educating customers on their vehicle needs and options
R.O paperwork write ups
Communicating with warranty companies for customer coverage
And more!
