Landers Kia, a leading automotive dealership in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Consultant to join our dynamic team.

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in our Service Department, with a flexible schedule and potential for great pay through base salary and commission. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our service department.

Responsibilities:



Greet customers and assist them with their service needs, such as scheduling appointments and providing cost estimates Promote and sell services and products offered by the service department Communicate with technicians and service advisors to provide updates on customer vehicles Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales transactions


Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Proficient in computer skills and willing to learn new systems Knowledge of automotive terminology and willingness to continually expand knowledge in the field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening * Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time
