We are looking for a proactive and organized Service Coordinator to play a key role in supporting our Electrical Service Team! As a vital member of our team, you'll work closely with both our field team and customers to ensure smooth operations, timely project execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:



Team Collaboration: Partner with the administrative team to efficiently schedule and coordinate service calls alongside ongoing project work. Paperwork & Billing Coordination: Ensure the smooth flow of documentation and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Inventory Management: Work with purchasing and technicians to manage van inventories, set standards, and establish a streamlined replenishment process. Customer Feedback: After each service job, gather feedback from customers, summarize insights, and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance future services. Point of Contact: Serve as a key communication link between customers and technicians to address any questions or issues. Pre-Job Site Coordination: Collaborate with various departments to ensure all necessary pre-qualification and job-site requirements are met before heading to the field. On-the-Go Support: Occasionally deliver parts and materials to job sites to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For:



Experience & Education: Bachelor's or associate's degree in engineering, project management, construction, or a related field OR 3+ years of experience in construction or project coordination. Equivalent combinations of education and experience are welcome. Strong Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy, deadline-driven environment. Problem Solver: Adapt and improve systems to help ensure the successful planning and execution of projects. Team Player: Ability to collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure that all pre- and post-deployment activities are properly tracked and documented. Travel Ready: Must possess a valid driver's license and be comfortable with occasional travel to job sites and meetings. Tech Savvy: Proficient with MS Office and willing to learn construction-specific software tools.
