This role will be responsible for setting service appointments, verifying appointments, providing follow-up calls and informing the appropriate service advisor of upcoming arrivals.

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Be the first and last impression of the service department
  • Greet customers as they arrive on the service drive
  • Answer initial questions from the customer
  • Answer phones and set appointments for customers
  • Assist customers with loaner vehicles
  • Check-in & check-out loaner vehicles
  • Park customer vehicles, do shuttles, and test drives
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
  • Customer service focused and friendly
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Reliable and punctual
  • A team player with impeccable honesty and integrity
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and a background check
