AJ Danboise is currently seeking a Service Manager to join our team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day. Our Service Managers are tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, retention, recruiting, safety, vendor meetings, and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.

Earning Potential $65,000 - $85,000+ per year (average for AJ Danboise Service Manager), PLUS industry-leading benefits, PTO, 6 Paid Holidays per year and 401(k) with Company match and so much more!

What Does Our Service Managers Do?

• Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
• Drive departmental sales through training and development of the field technicians
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
• Coach service technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue
• Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
• Promote lead generation
• Monitor and control call backs and warranties
• Handle all escalated customer concerns

Do I have What it Takes to be an AJ Danboise Service Manager?

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• A proven track record running a service department, with a minimum of 2 years of management/leadership
• Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
• Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
• Experience and knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical systems for residential a plus
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
• Ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
