Job Summary: We are looking for a Porter/Valet to join our team! The right candidate has excellent driving skills and a clean Motor Vehicle Record. The day-to-day duties of this role include transporting customers, providing excellent customer service, monitoring shuttle vehicle maintenance and general assistance for the Service Department Advisors and Manager.

Responsibilities
-
Transport customers to and from their destination in a professional and safe manner -
Assist passengers in and out of shuttle while keeping a timely shuttle route without delays -
Monitor shuttle vehicle maintenance and fuel - Move vehicles from the service drive

Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers at all times -
Employ good judgment, safe driving skills, abide by all traffic regulations -
Operate radio or similar device to communicate with dealership or other vehicles to report disruption of service according to traffic regulations -
Maintain a record of trips including names of passengers and destination or pick-up point -
Notify service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance
Qualifications

High School graduate or equivalent -
Excellent driving skills and clean Motor Vehicle Record -
Good interpersonal skills -
Consistent record of achieving or over-achieving goals -
Extraordinary communication skills and superior customer service skills -
Professional appearance and work ethic -
Positive outlook with a high-energy personality -
Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record
