The Service Programs Coordinator position in Portsmouth, New Hampshire is responsible for selling, promoting, and tracking all service level agreements. You will work directly with customers via phone calls and emails. You will have a solid understanding of sales and communications environments. Successful candidates will demonstrate prior knowledge of sales, have the ability to multitask, and have strong customer service skills. This is a full time, temp to hire position with ability to go permanent.
Responsibilities:
Sell service level agreements to customers
Process incoming service level agreement sales and data-entry in CRM
Maintain a database in the CRM
Quality check internal service agreement documents to ensure key elements are correct
Prepare standard/routine service agreement quotes.
Qualifications:
High School Graduate
Experience using CRM software required
Experience using QuickBooks, Microsoft Teams, and Adobe preferred
Details:
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m to 4:30 p.m
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Start Date: ASAP
