As a

Roof Rejuvenation Sales Representative

, you will be responsible for

selling our eco-friendly roof restoration service

to homeowners, property managers, and realtors. Your goal is to help customers

extend the life of their roofs

instead of replacing them, positioning roof rejuvenation as the

affordable and smarter alternative

to costly replacements.

Key Responsibilities:

?

Perform roof inspections

to assess shingle condition and educate homeowners on rejuvenation benefits.
?

Meet with homeowners & commercial property managers

to present our service.
?

Close deals on the spot

by effectively communicating cost savings and product value.
?

Follow up with unsold roof replacement leads

and offer rejuvenation as a second option.
?

Work inbound leads

from Google Ads, Facebook, Angi's, and Thumbtack.
?

Develop relationships with roofers, home inspectors, and realtors

to generate ongoing referrals.
?

Attend industry networking events and homeowner association meetings

to promote the service.
?

Document inspections and sales activity

in our CRM for proper tracking and follow-up.

What You'll Be Doing:

Running roof inspections/ assessments

and educating homeowners on rejuvenation vs. replacement.
?

Closing deals on the spot

with a proven sales process.
?

Working inbound leads from Google Ads, Facebook, Angi's, and Thumbtack.

?

Prospecting roofing contractors, home inspectors, and realtors

for referrals.
?

Following up with unsold roof replacement leads

and offering rejuvenation as a second option.

Requirements:

1+ years of sales experience

(replacement, restoration, inspections, or insurance claims).

Valid driver's license & reliable transportation.

Ability to inspect roofs & take photos

(ladder work may be required).

Strong closing skills & ability to handle objections.

Willingness to learn how to sell roof rejuvenation.
