Description

Join our team dynamic team at Solenis as a Service Technician! This position focuses on:

• Performing routine testing and monitoring at the customer site including completing service reports.
• Interfaces with the customer to understand any issues.
• Manages product inventory at the customer.
• Adjusts chemical feed levels to meet optimal chemical performance based on routine testing and monitoring.
• Delivers chemical and compiles trial data at the customer site.
• Alerts the sales team of any problems or opportunities with the customer and begins to troubleshoot issues.
• Conducts expanded testing of process variables to identify dosage improvements or mechanical impacts.
• Specs out, sets up, maintains and troubleshoots monitoring and feed equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in an industrial setting/water treatment industry
• Hands on, mechanically inclined
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
