This individual will provide outstanding customer service in the course of service repairs, inspections, etc.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:\xc2\xb7 Visit customer homes to provide service to installed windows and doors.\xc2\xb7 Perform necessary services to gutter protection systems based on logged service ticket and onsite inspection\xc2\xb7 Log services performed in service ticket system accurately and timely\xc2\xb7 Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience\xc2\xb7 Follow established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines and company safety policies and procedures\xc2\xb7 Must hold a valid driver\'s license.\xc2\xb7 Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.Experience and Minimum Qualifications:\xc2\xb7 Experience in basic remodeling, construction, or other related field\xc2\xb7 Reliable truck, van or SUV that can carry ladders\xc2\xb7 Functioning tools.\xc2\xb7 Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet the demands of different stakeholders without \xe2\x80\x9cdropping the ball\xe2\x80\x9d.\xc2\xb7 Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment and have a \xe2\x80\x9croll up your sleeves\xe2\x80\x9d and \xe2\x80\x9ctoday not tomorrow\xe2\x80\x9d mentality.\xc2\xb7 Apply active listening skills through the ability to comprehend information presented and respond thoughtfully.\xc2\xb7 Detail-oriented and can focus on the task at hand, no matter how minute, by finding the most efficient and effective pathway to completion.\xc2\xb7 Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for communicating with internal and external parties in a manner that is both articulate and professional.\xc2\xb7 Ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, solve complex problems, and engage in reflection.\xc2\xb7 Ability to provide timely and empathetic help through in-person, phone, email, and social media avenues that keeps the co-worker or customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs at the forefront of every interaction.\xc2\xb7 Ability to communicate effectively, to recognize, understand, and manage one\xe2\x80\x99s own emotions as well as others, and foster positive working relationships across all levels of the organization.\xc2\xb7 Holding oneself responsible and being self-driven in accomplishing business goals, adhering to policies and being responsible for one\xe2\x80\x99s own actions, performance, and decisions.\xc2\xb7 Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and/or Access).\xc2\xb7 Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Abilities or Certifications:\xc2\xb7 Prior experience in windows and door installation, repair, or inspection is a plus!!Travel Requirements:\xc2\xb7 More than 50% domestic travel required.Overtime/Additional Hours Requirements:\xc2\xb7 May be requested to work overtime on evenings and weekends dependent on business need.Physical Requirements\xc2\xb7 Normal Office Environment and Field Office/Manufacturing/Construction Environment\xc2\xb7 Performs indoor work in a climate-controlled environment and outside work in varying temperatures and climates.\xc2\xb7 Medium work.
