Product Knowledge:

Effectively communicate product information to service customers to stimulate interest in new vehicles.
Customer Education:
Educate service customers on the benefits of upgrading to a new Volkswagen model.
Provide information on financing options, trade-in values, and incentives to facilitate the decision-making process.
Collaboration:
Work closely with service advisors and sales team members to ensure a seamless transition for customers from service to sales.
Collaborate with marketing and promotions teams to implement targeted campaigns for service-to-sales conversion.
Customer Satisfaction:
Prioritize customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service or sales within the automotive industry is preferred.
