Take control of QA process, planning, make sure governance is properly done around QA.
We need to start with this person to take control and then add a QA team behind them.
SFDC footprint- sales, service, omni channel, custom, storefront.
Should know the limitations of SFDC and be well versed in SFDC language.
Must know Copado tool for QA.
