What You'll Do:

Install HVAC Systems:

Deliver top-quality installation services for commercial projects, adhering to safety and industry standards.

Collaborate and Execute:

Work closely with team members to plan and execute efficient installations that exceed client expectations.

Use the Right Tools:

Utilize hand tools and employer-provided power tools to perform precise and effective installations.

Maintain Excellence:

Ensure compliance with all codes and regulations while keeping the job site clean and organized.

What We're Looking For:

Certification:

A valid Idaho journey-level HVAC/R license is required.

Expertise:

5 Years experience in HVAC systems, components, and technology.

Team Player:

Ability to collaborate effectively while also excelling when working independently.

Problem-Solving Skills:

A proactive approach to tackling challenges.

Communication:

Strong interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with team members and clients.

Top Pay:

Total package for journeymen at $69.11/hour.
