Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Interacts with crew members, customers, and vendors using \xe2\x80\x9cTropitude\xe2\x80\x9d (Tropitude is our \xe2\x80\x9cmojo\xe2\x80\x9d and what makes Tropical Smoothie Cafe\xcc\x81 fun and different. It means having energy and creating a positive atmosphere).
• Delivers \xe2\x80\x9cUnparalleled Hospitality\xe2\x80\x9d to each customer that visits our cafe\xcc\x81.
• Knowledgeable and proficient in each position within the cafe\xcc\x81.
• Successfully completed the Cafe\xcc\x81 Basics and Certified Trainer Program.
• Ensures each station is operating to Tropical Smoothie Cafe\xcc\x81\xe2\x80\x99s standards.
• Trains and coaches crew members during each shift to ensure brand standards are upheld.
• Uses tools to accomplish goals, manage labor and control inventory using MyInventory.
• Performs any additional tasks necessary to run the cafe\xcc\x81.

Physical Requirements:

• Continuous standing and walking throughout the duration of each shift.
• Bending, lifting and carrying up to 30 pounds to perform duties like stocking, refilling ice or taking out trash.
• Constant face-to-face interactions with crew members and customers.
• Safely navigate in a fast-paced cafe\xcc\x81 environment.
• Ability to multi-task and remain positive in sometimes stressful working conditions.

• Shift lengths vary based on business needs, but shifts typically do not exceed 8 hours.
• Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend and/or holiday hours.
• Lead Crew Members by demonstrating Tropical Smoothie Cafes core values in all interactions.
• Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe\xcc\x81 uniform and personal hygiene polices for each shift.
• Fun, fast-paced, upbeat environment with no fryers!

Education and Experience:

• Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
• Experienced Tropical Smoothie Cafe\xcc\x81 Crew Member.
