Five Guys Shift Leader - St. Joe Seeking driven and enthusiastic leaders to join our fast-paced Five Guys team in St. Joe as Shift Leaders. In this role, you will assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, training and developing crew members, ensuring food quality and cleanliness standards are met, and providing exceptional guest service. Requirements:
18+ years old
High school diploma/GED
1-2 years recent restaurant experience
Experience training, coaching others
Availability for a flexible full-time schedule - days, nights, weekends
