We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shift Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional service, and leading staff to achieve our high standards in food production and service. This position requires strong leadership skills and a passion for the food industry.

Responsibilities

Supervise kitchen operations and manage staff during shifts to ensure efficient workflow. Train and develop team members in food service standards, kitchen management, and safety protocols. Assist in food production and preparation, ensuring quality and presentation meet company standards. Coordinate catering services and banquet preparations as needed. Maintain inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies to ensure smooth operations. Provide support to staff, fostering a collaborative environment while addressing any issues that arise during shifts. Uphold cleanliness and organization within the kitchen and dining areas, adhering to health regulations.

Skills

Proven experience in kitchen management or food service roles. Strong knowledge of food production techniques and catering services. Excellent training development skills with the ability to mentor staff effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively lead a diverse team. Experience with banquet services is a plus.

Pay: $11.48 per hour
