Responsibilities

• Performs receiving process activities with actions taken based on type of product and/or materials received.
• Verifies accuracy of shipments as applicable by means of count, condition, visual, measurement and

document review to purchasing, certificate of conformance and other supporting requirements.

• Completes receiving inspection documentation and files all pertinent records and supporting information.
• Routes received goods to the next operation. Routes any suspected nonconformance to the quality

department for processing.

• Performs additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Director of Operations.

Shipping:

• Verifies inclusion, completeness and accuracy of documented information as they relate to specific product

being shipped.

• Prepares shipping documentation, accompting data package and packages item(s) to be shipped.
• Completes and files all applicable shipping related documents and records.
• Performs additional tasks and responsibilities at the discretion of the Director of Operations.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
