We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Coordinator to oversee the shipping and receiving operations within our store. The ideal candidate will manage the logistics of product shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery while maintaining high standards of inventory control. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage all shipping and receiving activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Utilize store management systems to track inventory levels, shipments, and order statuses. Prepare packages for shipment, including labeling, documentation, and quality checks. Collaborate with e-commerce teams to ensure accurate order picking and fulfillment. Maintain accurate records. Conduct regular audits of shipping processes to identify areas for improvement. Communicate effectively with carriers and suppliers regarding shipping schedules and requirements.

Skills

Experience with shipping and receiving processes, including order picking and packaging. Familiarity with e-commerce logistics and fulfillment operations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in managing stock levels. Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in tasks.
