Currently seeking a Warehouse Material Handler in Tulsa. No relocation will be provided.

Summary: Loads and unloads inbound freight and outbound finished product. Moves materials within the plant and transfers finished product to the warehouse.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Reads work order or follows oral instructions to ascertain materials to be moved.
• Lifts heavy objects by hand or with forklift or pallet jacks. Can become certified to operate forklift through Company\xe2\x80\x99s forklift certification procedure.
• Loads and unloads materials onto or from pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand.
• Loads materials into vehicles and installs strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. Loads truck for Truck Operators.
• Moves materials from storage or work sites to designated area.
• Secures lifting attachments to materials and conveys load to destination or hoisting operators to move load to destination.
• Opens shipping containers, Counts, and records the number of units of materials moved or handled on designated production sheets.
• Attaches identifying tags or labels to materials or marks information on cases, pallets, or other containers; Assembles crates to safely ship products.
• Stacks or assembles materials into bundles and bands bundles together.

• Must have a valid driver license.
• Must pass DOT physical and 10 panel drug screen.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat. Physical Demands:

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
