Job Description

What will you do?

• Responsible for hierarchical management of operators or teams of operators in Distribution center/warehouse.
• Responsible for employee performance, development, engagement, discipline, etc.
• Responsible for the performance of "Standard work" within their sector or department.
• May occasionally fill in for or assist LWB1 or LWB2 operators as needed.
• May be responsible for the temporarily moving or shifting individual operators from one position or sector to another depending on changes in demand or priorities.
• Enforce compliance with HSE and 5S rules through the sector, including reporting and managing incidents and near misses.
• Enforce compliance with quality system and proper appliance of the defined processes and procedures to meet the required quality level.
• Optimize daily / weekly balance workload / resources (internal, external storage, and freight capacities).
• Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods - Stocking - picking - material handling - shipping finishing goods and wastes.
• Lead SIM-2 daily meetings with data driven indicators & action plans and ensure the compliance with SPS of the SIM 1 meetings
• Organize the training needs of the teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target.
• Deploy & implement SC Planning Central team guidelines for inventory management.
• Manage the yearly appraisal of all DVC inside the sector.
• Monitor and analyses logistics costs.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor\'s degree required in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field.
• ERP Systems (EX: SAP) experience - Highly Preferred
• Communication and Leadership skills.
• Distribution/Operation experience.
