Location: Leawood, KS
Status: Full-time & On-Site
Shift: Monday to Friday, 40 hours; 8am-5pm Company Overview: Panasonic Connect North America Professional Services is the National Service Center for Panasonic products. Our technicians know mobile technology inside and out and take the time to get to know the customers personally and are committed to excellent service year after year. Essential Job Functions:

• Examine contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy of incoming or outgoing shipments
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, and shipping orders to route materials
• Document shipping discrepancies as they occur
• Determine shipping method for materials, using knowledge of shipping procedures, routes, and rates
• Receive incoming and ship outgoing materials, products, or supplies
• Perform repetitive work to stuff or load products, parts, or merchandise into designated packages, boxes, or containers
• Use Styrofoam, paper, plastic, or other materials to pack containers
• Deliver or route materials to appropriate departments
• Contact carrier representative to make arrangements and to issue instructions for shipping and delivery of materials
• Pack, seal, label, and affix postage to prepare materials for shipping
• Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies to maintain inventory of stock
• Use computer based system to enter/record required data
• Maintain the shipping department in clean and orderly manner
• Miscellaneous daily tasks including parts department support and/or clean-up activities
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Possess good organizational and decision-making skills
• Effective communication skills
• Detail-oriented
• Working knowledge of Windows
• Ability to learn new applications and programs
• Must be able to lift and/or move objects with a weight of 10 to 70 lbs
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

The hourly range of $15.00-18.00hr is just one component of Panasonic\'s Total Package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual\'s knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
