Summary

As a Shop Manager at Hail Medic , you will oversee daily operations to ensure outstanding service delivery and efficient workflow. This role is vital to maintaining our reputation for quality repairs and customer satisfaction in our fast-growing business.

Responsibilities

Manage daily shop operations, ensuring high standards of service and efficiency. Lead and motivate staff to achieve targets and maintain exceptional customer service. Manage relationships and negotiate estimates with auto insurance companies Oversee scheduling, inventory management, and administrative tasks to support shop functions. Train, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor shop performance metrics and report on operational outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all repair processes. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a managerial role within the automotive, preferably the PDR industry. Ability to write PDR as well as conventional repair auto estimates, preferably using CCC 1. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers and staff. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with administrative functions such as scheduling and inventory control is preferred.
