Single-Copy Manager

:

The Coeur d'Alene Press has an immediate opening for a Single-Copy Sales Manager position. This position includes managing independent contractors to ensure the press is delivered to business drop locations that meet satisfaction requirements each day. The candidate for this position must have supervisory/management experience and good customer service/communication skills. A working knowledge of windows, excel, and word is also desired.

Key Tasks

- Responsible for all Single-Copy sales in finding new distribution spots for both retailers and rack locations.

- Managing Single-Copy Accounts with Draws/Returns Weekly

- Managing Contracted Carriers in ensuring proper delivery at drop locations & Carrier Supplies

- Weekly Magazine Delivery to various drop locations

- Managing the month end processes that include, but not limited to: Coin Collections, Monthly Reports, Invoices, etc...

- Machine Maintenance & Repair

- Must use own vehicle - mileage reimbursement for wear and tear on vehicle.

Hours of Operation

:

- Monday - Friday primarily except for some weekends and holidays

- Hours of work are primarily during normal business hours of 8AM - 5PM except for certain needs of the business that might require to work outside normal business hours.

- The work schedule is flexible, as the business needs are met.

Pay: From $41,600.00 per year
