Position SummaryWork You\'ll Do

  • The Outside Continental United States (Hawaii) (OCONUS) Site Lead tasks include and are not limited to:
  • Manage site Contractor personnel\'s performance, ensuring the smooth delivery of daily operations, and guiding the successful task completion by maximizing productivity within the specified timeframe and tasks
  • Coordinate Contractor personnel schedules, ensuring adequate coverage
  • Enforce all workplace policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and professional development activities for Contractor personnel
  • Track all Contractor personnel efforts to rapidly identify and resolve potential and new problems
  • Identify and resolve administrative and contractual issues related to this PWS
  • Demonstrate creativity, foresight, initiative, and mature judgment in anticipating and solving unprecedented problems
  • Reporting all issues directly to the TOPM with anticipated resolution; and (9) other program-related matters, as applicable to the site
QualificationsRequired:
  • An active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph is required to be considered for this role.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in a related field.
  • Fifteen (15) years of experience in active duty military service, support Contractor and/or DoD civilian in a warfare specialty at progressively more difficult levels in planning, developing and executing technical projects of a R&D nature, concerned with unique or controversial problems which have an important effect on major DoD programs.
  • Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated skill in conceiving, planning and conducting research studies combining operational expertise with novel technology approaches and sophisticated research techniques to assess military effectiveness and engineering viability.
  • Fifteen (15) years of demonstrated experience in the use of advanced techniques, theories, precepts, and practices in technological programs, preferably one that has transitioned to operational use, or programs related to thrust areas delineated in the PWS.
  • Minimum of seven (7) years of experience with background and knowledge of program transition efforts is highly desirable.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $167,325 to $278,875.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.Information for applicants with a need for accommodation:
