The journey begins here - with Global- a 1st Flagship Company, we are currently looking for a Site Manager.What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Developing, implementing, monitoring, and modifying project management processes and procedures intended to enable the timely, effective and cost-effective completion of all key projects.
• Executing necessary cost control procedures designed to properly estimate, execute and account for all tasks performed. Submit required budget and financial reports to the Contracting Office Representative (COR) for review.
• Providing the leadership and management necessary to achieve the highest levels of performance in the following areas: safety, health, environmental protection, human resource management, contract administration, inspections / quality assurance, maintenance, supply/ logistics, and sub-contract solicitation and management.
• Effectively communicating and coordinating with all individuals and organizations charged with the accomplishment of those tasks required to satisfy all contractual obligations.
• Ensuring all tasks required in the deactivation, maintenance, preservation, disposal and reactivation of assigned vessels are effectively and efficiently completed.

What You\'ll Need to Succeed:

• Bachelor\'s degree with 5+ years of ship maintenance related experience OR 15 years of ship maintenance related experience of which at least seven (7) years of management/leadership level responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong communication, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
• 10+ years as a Naval Officer or Senior Enlisted with a background in Engineering or Operations (preferred)
• Previous experience working with a Bargaining Unit (preferred)
• PMP Certification (preferred)
