The Leidos has an opening for Site Project Manager. This opening will manage and access control system projects at Army installations in CONUS, AK, HI and PR. The SPM will manage all aspect of the project at the installation and be the primary interface to the installation and the Government program office site manager for the installation.

Responsibilities Include:
Responsible for performing as the Site Project Manager for assigned access control system projects at Army installations. Responsible for schedule, coordination, implementation, testing, training and initial support upon operation.
Primary duties include:
As the SPM responsibilities include coordination with the Govt Program counterpart and site POC personnel prior to and through implementation and cut-over.
Responsible for the preparation and submission of all contract deliverable associated with the assigned site.
Prepare/Provide information to the DPM for fielding and the Program Fielding Manager for presentation at the monthly IPT program meetings with the Government
Responsible to establish and maintain the configuration items for the Trouble Ticket System
Supervise and manage the team supporting the implementation at a site from the initial site survey, the design, and implementation on-site to include install, test, training, conduct of the Physical
Control Audit (PCA) with the Govt and Go Live support for the first 5 days after commencement of operations.
The SPM will be on-site during the conduct of the site survey and the implementation phases of the project
Perform other duties as required.
Required Experience, Skills, and Education:
Must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret clearance.
Must have a desire to learn and work within a team environment and have a minimum of 5 years of experience to include experience and knowledge of leading projects and working in the field
Experience in handing PII for commercial and Government customers
Knowledge and at least five (5) years experience in Army Force Protection efforts and at least five (5) years experience in interfacing and working with Department of Emergency Services (DES) at Army installations
Ability to travel to Army installations 50-75% of the time
Must have a bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree with 8+ years\xe2\x80\x99 experience or masters with 6+ years of prior relevant experience. Work experience may be substituted in lieu of degree
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:
PMP certification
College coursework and/or degree in project management, IFSM, or computer networks are desired.
Demonstrated experience in working with Army Office of the Provost Marshal General (OPMG) and Installation Management Command (IMCOM) personnel on Force Protection efforts
Previous experience in working on physical security system and access control system projects
Clearance Required:
Must possess an active DoD Secret clearance at time of consideration.
Pay Range: Pay Range $84,500.00 - $130,000.00 - $175,500.00

Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
