Cascade Skate Attendant

:

We are seeking highly motivated Skating Attendants (Floor Guard, & Skate Room) to become an integral part of our team! As a Cascade Skate Attendant (Floor Guard, & Skate Room) you will be tasked with keeping your area clean, keeping guests smiling and making sure everything is running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet all customers/guest. Overseeing all open skating and private rink rental sessions Ensure customer safety throughout each session Scheduling and playing skate games at designated times throughout the skating session Hand out skates to customers requesting rentals (when they provide you with a skate ticket) Sanitize Skates and Place them in their proper place. Complete Skate Rental maintenance Issue skate supports and following the skate support procedures. Monitoring customers safety and making sure they are following directions (floor Guards do not have on skates) Perform all applicable opening, mid-day or closing preparation, cleaning, and maintenance duties according to the requirements of the shift worked Attend all scheduled meetings and training. Cleaning restroom, skate area, etc. Perform other duties as assigned and/or directed by Company management Assist customers on the skate floor

Qualification:

High School diploma or equivalent Customer service and cashier experience Ability to handle transaction accurately and responsibly High energy and strong customer service Basic math and computer skills Attention to details Ability to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and work with other team member in fast pace, environment to provide excellent service.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Schedule:

Every weekend Holidays Monday to Friday Weekends only
Ability to Relocate:

Atlanta, GA 30331: Relocate before starting work (Required)
