Job Summary

Ski School Support Staff employees work in a fun high paced indoor/outdoor environment supporting all functions of ski/snowboard school operations outside of instruction. The role has high guest interaction supporting children\'s programming, rental operations, guest check-in/out, lesson scanning, and lesson area lift operations. Full Time and Part Time positions available.

Job Specifications

• Expected Pay Range: $20.00 - $21.36 / hour
• Shift & Schedule Availability - Full Time and Part Time
• Skill Level: Entry

Job Responsibilities

• Safety and security of ski school children
• Execute lunches for all children
• Greet guests and deliver world class service
• Fit guests with ski & snowboard equipment
• Assist instructors with facilitation and completion of the lesson
• Attend to children\'s basic personal needs

Be an ambassador for My Epic; provide insightful advice and friendly, hands-on My Epic support to guests in need.

An aptitude for acquiring skills in user support and an eagerness to learn about My Epic functionality to support guests. * Other duties as assigned

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $21.36. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
