Key Responsibilities:



Operate roller machines to compact asphalt, soil, and other materials. Conduct pre-operation safety checks and routine maintenance on equipment. Monitor compaction quality and adjust machine settings as needed. Follow project specifications to ensure a smooth, uniform surface. Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure efficiency. Adhere to all safety guidelines and maintain a clean worksite.

Requirements:



Proven experience operating roller machines in construction or paving. Understanding of compaction techniques and equipment maintenance. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work. Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
