Help maintain language center daily operation.
Essential Responsibilities and DutiesFront desk work: help customers via phone and email, oversee calendar, and maintain tutoring and lab area daily operation; open and close the language center at least twice a week; monitor language tests.Essential Responsibilities and Duties ContinuedContinued Manage our Instagram account with weekly posts about language and culture fun facts, events associated with the Humanities and Languages department, assist with events at the Center for Languages and associated centers.Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma

Fluency in a foreign language
Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to manage an Instagram account.
Good communication skills, professional tone in emails
Knowledge of or willingness to learning Microsoft products, in particular SharePoint, Bookings, Lists, Planner, Teams, and Shifts.
Ability to create flyers for events and posts on social media through Canva, Corel Draw, Photoshop, or any similar platform.
Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College.Ability to work with all groups from a variety of academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and with community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.
