Education/Experience Requirements - Social Media Associate
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Demonstrated experience of 1 to 2 years in influencer marketing, creator initiatives, public relations, or relevant domains
Proficiency in social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and content creation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams and manage diverse projects.
Profound understanding of the evolving digital landscape, staying updated on emerging social media trends, influencer marketing innovations, and industry best practices.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, adept at crafting engaging and persuasive content across various platforms and audiences.
Advanced negotiation capabilities with a keen eye for fostering and managing influencer and partner relationships.
A strategic mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for brand elevation, cultural relevance, and sustainability integration within influencer initiatives.

Position Responsibilities - Social Media Associate
Influencer and Creator Engagement: Support agency in cultivating and overseeing relationships, activities, and conversations with influencers and content creators across diverse platforms (TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube), managing contracts and partnerships.
Strategic Planning: Work closely with the Social Media Manager and agency to devise and implement innovative influencer and creator marketing strategies congruent with brand values, driving audience engagement and brand growth.
Community Engagement: Proactively engage with influencers, creators, and users across social media platforms to foster authentic relationships.
Influencer Conversation and Activity Monitoring: Keep a vigilant eye on influencer conversations and activities, ensuring brand representation is in line with brand values and addressing any concerns promptly
Public Relations Initiatives: Support the Social Media Manager in driving and executing PR initiatives aligned with brand messaging and goals. Assist in overseeing press releases, media relations, and PR events.
Content Curation and Management: Partner with the Social Media Manager to craft engaging social content tailored for diverse initiatives aimed at consumers and healthcare professionals. Contribute to content ideation and execution, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and maintaining platform consistency.
Monthly Reporting: Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to prepare and deliver comprehensive monthly reports on campaign metrics and performance, pivotal in shaping informed decisions and future strategy formulations.
