Specifically, we are searching for individuals who can independently generate creative content ideas and possess a genuine interest in crafting beautiful flower arrangements for social media. A deep appreciation for flowers and artisanal designs is a must, as well as a love for creating engaging and captivating social media content. About Us: Founded in 2016, The Only Roses has established itself as the premier retailer in the preserved flower industry, serving over a quarter of a million customers across the United States. Renowned for our exquisite and luxurious designs of everlasting flower arrangements, we are now seeking talented individuals to join our expanding team. Pay: Our compensation package begins at $3000 per month, complemented by a lucrative performance-based incentive structure. With this, you have the potential to earn up to $10,000 per month. Position Summary: The primary function of the Social Media Content Creator is to communicate the brand effectively, creatively, and strategically through Company\xe2\x80\x99s social media accounts to increase the audience and awareness of The Only Roses. Duties include creating and scheduling social media content, replying to and tracking comments and activity from audiences, expanding The Only Roses\' audience, and tracking new trends and tactics in the social media space. All efforts will be in coordination with the marketing manager to increase awareness on social media and ultimately drive sales. The candidate must have a minimum of 1 year of hands-on experience in a Social Media environment. Experience with luxury fashion, lifestyle brands, and cosmetic brands are preferred Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Develop social media contents (photos or videos) that supports the company\'s inititatives and focus.
• Develop a social media strategy that supports the company\xe2\x80\x99s initiatives and focus.
• Be the authority in social media trends and tactics by demonstrating strong knowledge of target channels including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook (as well as, not limited to, target channels including Reddit, and Pinterest).
• Create a strong daily process of calendar management/scheduling, content creation, content posting, and monitoring across social media channels.
• Work within budgets and timelines to achieve specific goals set-forth, and create social content and campaigns designed around company initiatives including product releases, trade shows, live events, advertising campaigns, sweepstakes, and more.
• Communicate the brand through rich content and storytelling across various social media channels.
• Recommend and develop strategies and tactics to increase targeted audiences across.
• Monitor trends in the social media space for new tactics in existing channels (IG, YT, FB, TikTok), and for opportunities in new spaces Reddit, Pinterest, and beyond)
• Responsible for continually making suggestions for all brands, contributions, plans, and solutions and able to communicate effectively to the Team.
• Maintain a library of hashtags on social media
• Develop processes to track, measure, and monitor social media coverage across channels.
• Other duties are assigned as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Minimum of 1 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments
• Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
• Prior marketing development and product launch and deployment
• Problem analysis and problem resolution at both a strategic and functional level
• Must work effectively with Senior-level executives and staff; must also be able to work independently
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals
• Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications. (Word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint) required
• Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information
