Job Description

Swift & Gentle Moving & Storage LLC is looking for a full-time Social Media Coordinator to

develop and manage its social media presence, engage with customers, and drive brand

awareness. This role is ideal for a recent graduate passionate about digital marketing, content

creation, and data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement in the moving and

storage industry.

Wage & Compensation:

$20 - $25 per hour negotiable

Key Responsibilities:

1. Monitor Social Media Channels

? Check notifications, comments, and messages on platforms like Facebook, Instagram,

and Google My Business (important for local businesses).

? Respond to customer inquiries, reviews, and comments promptly and professionally.

? Address any negative feedback or complaints with empathy and problem-solving.

2. Post and Schedule Content

? Publish scheduled posts for the day (e.g., moving tips, storage solutions, or customer

testimonials).

? Share local Tucson-related content (e.g., events, weather updates, or community

news) to connect with the audience.

? Post engaging visuals (e.g., before/after moving photos, storage facility tours, or team

highlights).

3. Engage with the Local Community

? Follow and engage with local Tucson businesses, organizations, and influencers.

? Comment on or share posts from local events or partners to build relationships.

? Use local hashtags like #TucsonMoving, #TucsonStorage, or #TucsonBusiness.

4. Track Performance Metrics

? Check daily analytics (e.g., engagement, reach, and follower growth) on Facebook,

Instagram, and Google My Business.

? Identify which posts resonate most with the Tucson audience.

? Monitor reviews and ratings on Google and Yelp to maintain a positive reputation.

5. Research and Plan Content

? Brainstorm content ideas that align with the moving and storage industry (e.g., packing

tips, moving checklists, or storage organization hacks).

? Plan posts around local events (e.g., college move-in seasons, holidays, or Tucson-

specific events).

? Collaborate with the team to gather photos, videos, or customer stories.

6. Monitor Competitors

? Check what other moving and storage companies in Tucson are posting.

? Identify gaps or opportunities to differentiate Swift & Gentle moving and Storage.

? Stay updated on local competitors' promotions or campaigns.

7. Build Local SEO and Online Presence

? Optimize Google My Business listings with updated photos, hours, and services.

? Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews on Google and Yelp.

? Use location-specific keywords in posts (e.g., "moving services in Tucson" or "affordable

storage in Arizona").

8. Engage with Customers

? Respond to Google and Yelp reviews (both positive and negative) to show you value
