Responsibilities:

Assist the Marketing and HR Directors in all Social Media activity. Create and edit all social media posts for at media platforms. Writing posts with professional and strategic language. Produce flyers for events, job fairs, advertising, and inside the work place.

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

High humidity, high heat, and cold air in various work areas. Exposure to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and infectious waste, diseases, conditions, etc. Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, taste and/or smell. Regularly required to touch, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Occasionally required to sit, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crawl. Willingness to work beyond normal hours, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Appropriate ergonomic and personal safety equipment provided as needed.

Qualifications:

Knowledge and experience with social media management. Education in social media or marketing preferred. Ability to plan, organize, interpret, make independent decisions, and work professionally with others. Experience with Canva, Microsoft office, and digital design preferred.
